OVERVIEW


Product Guarantee: We stand by our products with a solid guarantee. Sabers come with a 90-day guarantee, while neopixel blades are guaranteed for 7 days.

 

Sabers: Your saber is covered for the first 90 days after receiving it. If it stops working or isn't functioning as expected during this time, you can send it back for free repairs. If we find that the issue is due to a defect in our product or service, there will be no charge for the repairs. However, please note that any modifications or disassembly by the buyer will void the warranty. This includes activities like adding fonts or changing programming. While you are allowed to add fonts to your product, altering it from its factory settings can affect its performance. In such cases, a small fee may be associated with reloading a font bundle. If you're not experienced with electronics or programming, we recommend reaching out to our staff before attempting any modifications. Even if the warranty is voided, we will still provide repairs at a reasonable cost for the life of the product.

 

Blades: Due to the nature of saber usage, the 7-day warranty for blades is in effect. Upon receiving your blade, please check that it lights up properly. You have 7 days to request a replacement if the blade is defective, provided it has not been used for heavy striking or dueling. Replacement blades are available for purchase at $50 after the 7-day warranty period.

 

Returns or Cancellations: In the event of a return or cancellation before shipping, a 5-10% return fee will apply. As a business, we incur fees for processing payments, which are part of our operational costs. Unfortunately, these fees are not returned to us in the case of a cancelled order, so we must charge a cancellation fee to cover these costs. Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Pre-ordered items are estimated for delivery, and these dates may change due to necessary adjustments for product perfection. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 60 days of purchase with a 10% fee. After this timeframe, all sales are final. However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we're open to evaluating each case individually. Your pre-order payment goes towards securing the item, even if there are slight delays in our estimated release dates. We are committed to providing accurate release-promise dates and assisting you throughout the process.

Damages And Issues

 

-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

-The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
